At Xziit India, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

  1. Return Eligibility
    Customers may request a return if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Certain items such as personal care products, digital products, or clearance items.
  1. Return Process
    To request a return:
  1. Contact our support team at support@xziit.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Some of our Products are required Unboxing Video while returning the product.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  1. Replacement Policy
    If the product received is defective or damaged, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
  2. Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Xziit India will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  1. Cancellation Policy
    Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
